Got many questions from jewellers relating to the Shopify signup. Don't worry if Shopify will ask jewellers to signup without they are being happy and ready. Also, no need to worry it needs to be a lot of investment, only at low at $9 per month if you have a website already running, or already selling from the social media, you could link your product page to Shopify with a button and Shopify could take care of your inventory, shipping, accounting anything you like Shopify to take care, they will have the experts in that area to come up the solutions for you. So, you could focus at what you are good at, that is making jewellery. And you don't need to pay anything until the contract is signed with Shopify before that we could create a demo store and test it before it published. Only when the shop is published, Shopify will start charging you.

Or if you are not happy with your service provider who hosting your online shop, you could move everything to Shopify and no need to build the system or website from scratch, the migration will not affect your operations.  

Another thing is the security issue, you will not like to have your system to be hacked and sensitive information is being stolen, so it is better to hire someone who has expertise in the area to build your online shop so your business and customer's information will be protected.
